Manchester City under 18`s progressed with a 2-1 aggregate win over Sunderland to book their place in the FA youth cup final.

Sunderland dominated the tie with the only goal of the game coming from Jordan Henderson.

Henderson`s sealed the win with his first half goal that came from a spectacular 20 yard drive.

Sunderland had the chances to equalise the aggregate score with Hourihane, Henderson and McArdle all coming close.

Sunderland were however denied a last gasp equaliser when Ryan Nobles effort was flagged offside just before time.

Vital Sunderland Says

The lads had an uphill battle after their first leg defeat at the Stadium of Light.
