Sunderland sign a duo of strikers
Sunderland have confirmed the signing`s of David Healy and Djibril Cisse.
Cisse 27 has joined on a season long loan from Marseille with a view to a permanent deal.
Healy has signed a three year deal wit Sunderland after signing from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
