Vital Sunderland Summer Interview: SAFC6

Vital Sunderland Summer Interview: SAFC6

Q: When did you become a Sunderland fan and why?

1987, because I was born into a Sunderland family.

Q: The season just gone, good bad or ugly? What did you think of it?

It was a good season but still major faults within areas. I think the young players shined in every area they played.

Q: Best and worst moment of last season?

Best: Watching Henderson a local lad becoming a great player. Worst: Watching Darren Bent miss the penatlys against spurs, as I really wanted him to shit on Harry Redknapp.

Q: Kenwyne Jones... is he off do you think? If so, what price (realistically) should Sunderland hold out for?

Personally I think he is crap and that she should go! I would be happy with 12million and a decent replacement to help Bent.

Q: What signings (type of player or specific name/s if you wish) would you like to see Sunderland buy this summer?

We need to make signings in defence as too many injuries happened this season, we also need another striker if Jones leaves.

Q: Where do you stand on Steve Bruce(I don't mean literally, that would be assault) ?

Very happy with his efforts, but I get the feeling he has no idea how to organise a team away from home! We are following Wigan's foot prints which is scary, but i am prepared to give him 2 more seasons to get that out of his system.

Q: Your opinion of Quinny and Ellis Short?

Love Quinny, what true Sunderland fan does not, he is legend and just look at the money he donated to the hospital. Ellis Short, I think he is really good, keeps his beak out of the playing side and puts his money in where it counts!

Q: Favourite current player and favourite all time player/s:

Jordan henderson - watching him develop, Kevin Phillips overall as a true legend.

Q: Do you expect progress next season, difficult to answer before the transfer window closes I know?

Yeah I think next year a top 10 finish will be done and to be watching more consistant performances away from home will be a great bonus and if am honest Europe! Its nice to dream!

Q: Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang and which (male I would think) celeb would you most like to thump!?!

Just so you know I am a female incase you wonder about these answers....
Bang; Brad Pitt
Punch: John Terry! COCK!
