David James Linked For One Year Contract
As Sunderland train in Portugal it looks like Bruce is making more moves for players to strengthen his team.
David James has been strongly linked to Celtic today but as skysports.com are reporting he is also considering a move to Wearside.
The England goalkeeper may be 39 years old but could provide important cover while Gordon gets back to full fitness. He is also a great coach and has bags of experience to help along new boy Simon Mignolet and Trevor Carson.
It is rumoured that if he does join Sunderland it will be on a one year contract and he could be flying out to speak to the manager in Portugal soon.
