Welbeck Races Over The Line

Welbeck, 19, has finally agreed all terms and completed his medical to become Steve Bruce's eighth signing of the summer transfer window.

Welbeck, who has had a brilliant pre season for Manchester United, and also impressed in England's recent U21 victory against Ukbekistan, will add more depth to the forward line.

The young striker will be alongside Darren Bent, Fraizer Campbell, Martyn Waghorn and Ryan Noble for Sunderland this season.

The pacy forward will bring a new dimension to Sunderland's attack and has already scored five goals in 14 appearances for United in his career.

Good luck Danny!
