Campbell Out For The Season

Campbell Out For The Season

Campbell, who had an amazing pre season looks likely to miss the rest of the season with knee ligament damage.

The injury occured in the 1st half when he came together with Micah Richards and twisted his knee.

This is a massive blow for Sunderland and will need to replace him with Gyan by tomorrow. There is also news that Martyn Waghorn could be sold to Leicester City for £2m on a permanent deal.

Transfer deadline day will definately see arrivals and exits and once the deals happen we will report on Vital Sunderland asap.

Its a real shame for the lad because this would of been the season for him to stamp his name down as a good supply striker but seems he will have to endure the pain of watching from the side lets hope he makes a speedy recovery and comes back more determined than ever

We're having some rotten luck at the moment with injuries. I hope he makes a fast recovery and we can see him early on in the new year.
