Gyan Listed For Ballon d'Or Prize

Gyan, who cost 13m and has already scored twice in only a handful of appearances, is listed for the prize and the result will be decided by January 2011.

In the competition are only two other Premiership players with Drogba and Fabregas both nominated in a 23 man list.

Gyan was recognised by FIFA after his amazing World Cup display for Ghana. Asamoah, became their top goalscorer and took his Country to the quarter finals for only the second time an African team has achieved this.

Good Luck Gyan!
