Ex-captain finds new club...

Former club captain Gary Breen has signed for Championship rivals Wolves.

The Republic of Ireland international has signed a two-year deal at Molineux after being released by Sunderland this summer following their relegation from the Premiership.

With the appointment of a new manager at Wolves imminent, the signing of Breen only strengthens the wide-spread reports that Mick McCarthy will be unvield as the new man at the Midlands club. Gary Breen was one of Mick McCarthy's first signings at Sunderland after having worked with him for several years at international level.
