Ji-Dong Won Deal On?

An official from Chunnam has told media that striker Ji Dong-Won of Chunnam Dragons is likely to leave for Sunderland this week.

The 20 year-old forward scored recently against Ghana in an International game for Korea and will add power to Steve Bruce's striking options.

The fee is believed to be between $1m - $1.3m and would be a decent signing to add more popularity in Asia.

He has currently scored nine goals for his club in 32 appearances and scored an impressive six goals in only 11 games for his National team.

The Korea national manager said about Dong-Won: '"He is tall, but also fast and smart. I think he can play really well in Europe if he can add some more power.'
