Mick back in business...

As predicted on here yesterday Mick McCarthy has been unveiled as the new manager of Wolves.

After a poor Premiership campaign Mick was sacked by Bob Murray in May, but he joins a strong Wolves side with his Championship credentials intact, after guiding Sunderland to the title only 2 years ago.

McCarthy told the club's official website,

'There's a big job to do at Molineux and I'm relishing the challenge'

'With just two weeks to go before the start of the season, there's lots to be done. It's going to be a busy but exciting time.'

Good luck Mick, except for 2 games next season!
