'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bramble Hopes For N'Zogbia

We have been linked away from N'Zogbia, then the deal is back on, and then back off again....in fairness it is becoming a bit of a joke as to who this player will actually join this summer.

Steve Bruce is a long term admirer of the French winger but refuses to be outpriced by Dave Whelan and N'Zogbia's wage demands.

Titus Bramble may be his close friend and this could be the turning point in which club he prefers to join before the start of the next season.

Bramble said: 'I have spoken to Charles a few times this summer,' he told the Journal.

'When I spoke to him last year, he said it would be a fantastic move for him.

'Whether it materialises for him or not, I don't know - but you never know in football.

'I think the players would love him here, the fans would love him to be here, but it's out of our hands.

'We want as many fantastic players as we can here. He's a fantastic player and he would be great for this club.'

Let's hope the move comes off and Charles listens to Bramble's kind words of advice!
