Steed Off To Saint Etiene?

Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed!

May be a chant that we never hear again around football stadiums around England as the tricky midfielder looks set to leave Sunderland this summer.

It is reported that Steve Bruce is going to offload Malbranque to the French team to lower his wage bill and prepare a bid for Craig Bellamy from Manchester City.

High earner Steed is gifted with the ball at his feet but his one goal in three years for Sunderland means me have to look elsewhere.

Only suggested as a rumour it looks increasingly likely that Steve Bruce will try and sign Bellamy to save his dwindling career at Eastlands.

I liked him during his time at SPURS. Always put in a good shift every game on the, if I am not mistaken, left of midfield. Wish him all the best.
