OFFICIAL: Noble makes permanent Carlisle move

As expected, young midfielder Liam Noble has joined League One outfit Carlisle United on a permanent basis.

The 20 year-old midfielder spent the first half of the season on-loan with Greg Abbott's side and impressed Abbott enough to earn a permanent deal.

Abbott expressed his eagerness to bring the central midfielder back to Brunton Park when his initial loan deal expired.

In total Noble has made 34 league starts over two spells for the Northumbrian outfit but failed to make a senior appearance as a Black Cat.
