SAFC Transfer Rumour Mill #3

SAFC Transfer Rumour Mill #3

Martin O'Neill might not be in line to sign anyone up any time soon, but the boss is certainly looking at new faces, according to reports.

According to The Daily Mail & Sky Sports News, the Black Cats have two on trial.

The Mail reports that the ex-PAOK Salonika striker Zlatan Muslimovic is currently training with O'Neill's side with a view to earning a move to England.

At 30 years of age, the striker is no spring chicken, but he boasts 12 international goals in 33 caps. Muslimovic has been on trial with Rangers but his agent confirmed that his client trained with Sunderland today:

'But now another offer has come in to train at another club. Zlatan trained at Sunderland today and we will now see how that works out.'

Also on trial is Enoch Balotelli, brother of Manchester City madman, Mario.

Little is known about the 19 year-old forward other than he is a dead-ringer for his older, more famous & probably more mental brother.

Balotelli Jnr. was on trial with Stoke City toward the back end of 2011 but failed to earn a deal.

That's all for now, check back in a couple of days for more January Transfer Window rumours!
