Graham snubs Middlesbrough in favour of SAFC?

Sunderland target Danny Graham has re-buffed an approach from former club Middlesbrough and is set for a Sunderland medical, according to reports.

Graham, 27, was subject of a 5m bid from his first club Middlesbrough this morning, but it is understood that the Gateshead-born striker has turned down the chance to return to Teesside.

That news leaves Sunderland in pole position to tie up a deal for the former Watford and Carlisle United hitman.

According to numerous sources in the North East and Sky Sports News, Swansea City have accepted Sunderland's 5m offer for Graham who is now set for a medical at the Academy of Light.

As soon as there is an update on this deal or any others, Vital Sunderland will bring it to you.
