Sunderland Move For Eastwood

Sunderland are set to capture the signing of Southend's prolific goalscorer, Freddy Eastwood.

The well sought-after striker is thought to be discussing terms with Sunderland in a deal which will see him join the Black Cats on loan until January as an 'emergency' signing. It is then thought that he will sign a permanent deal and move to Sunderland for around 1.75m.

1.75 m seems a snip given he has scored at all levels from Championship down.
