Keen To Establish Himself

Kieren Westwood has again reiterated his desire to establish himself as the no.1 for both club and country.

Westwood has lost his place as Ireland's first choice keeper, but with Simon Mignolet having completed his move to Liverpool his chance could come at the Stadium of Light?

However it's widely reported that Paolo Di Canio has several other options he is exploring so it doesn't look as though the 28-year-old will get his wish with The Black Cats so as much as he'd like to stay at Sunderland you'd expect he'll take his own career into account and move on and not just take the money!
