Our boys playing away...

Dwight Yorke, Stan Varga, Liam Miller, Ben Alnwick and Trevor Carson were all involved in international games this weekend. Here's how they got on.

Dwight Yorke - In one of his last games for his country, Yorke scored one in a comfortable 5-0 win over St Vincent/Grenadines on Saturday.

Liam Miller - A foot injury has forced the former Manchester United and Celtic midfielder to pull out of the Ireland squad for the game against the Czech Republic. The injury, obtained while on international duty, may also rule him out of Sunderland's game away at Preston.

Stan Varga - Back in the Slovakian side for the first time in over a year and enjoyed a successful return as Slovakia demolished Wales 5-1 at the Millenium Stadium on Saturday.

Ben Alwick - An unused squad member in England's under-21 win over France in Coventry on Friday.

Trevor Carson - Sunderland's third choice 'keeper played for Northern Ireland's under-19 side in their losses to Georgia and Belgium.
