'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sunderland Safe As Canaries Go Down

Sunderland made sure of Premier League football next season and confined Norwich City to the drop while they was at it.

A Jack Colback goal and a Fabio Borini volley was enough to win the game against West Brom, making it four wins in the last five games.

Jozy Altidore missed an easy chance from six yards to make it 3-0, but the Baggies never looked like grabbing anything back.

The Baggies sit three points clear of 18th placed Norwich, with a vastly superior goal difference.

As for Sunderland, we never doubted it did we?

Wow, mightily impressed with your form in the run-in. Congratulations, even if you are our bogey team - your fans deserve to stay up.
