No Loan For Johnson.

No Loan For Johnson.

There has been speculation that Everton are ready to try and get Adam Johnson at Goodison Park on season long loan, but the word coming from the Black Cats is forget it.

The winger has been a subject of transfer speculation over the last few weeks after Hull City showed an interest and now Everton are said to be sniffing.

The Chronicle reports this morning that there would be nothing beneficial to Sunderland by letting one of their in form players go on loan to one of their premier league rivals

Whether they would sell remains to be seen, but having shelled out £10 million for his services in 2012, they would be looking to get that money back.

That way Gus Poyet would have a little more dosh to play with in the transfer market.

Would be bloody stupid to let him out on loan to Everton, if he must go then get the cash but he was a top player again towards the end of last season.
