Sunderland Sign O`Donovan

Sunderland have signed Irish B international Roy O`Donovan from Cork city for an undisclosed fee thought to be in the region of 1 million euros.

The 22 year old who was the top scorer in the eircom league has signed a three-year contract.

He told Sunderland official site "This is a big challenge for me and when the chance came about I didn`t think twice"

Let`s just hope he can adapt to the premiership and give us much needed competition for places up front.
