Sunderland sign French International

Sunderland have signed French under 19 international Jean Yves M`voto from Paris Saint-Germain for an undisclosed fee.

Jean is a centre back and only recently broke in to the first team with PSG. The 6ft 4ins 19 year old was offered a new contract with the French club but has opted to sign for Roy Keane`s side.

Jean who signed a three and half year contract told safc.com "This is a big opportunity for me, I`m pleased to be at Sunderland".
