Next Two Games So Important To Gus.

Next Two Games So Important To Gus.
Sunderland boss Gus Poyet knows that his side must beat Hull City on Tuesday to put together a way of getting clear of the relegation zone.

But the odds are not looking good, the Black Cats have one win to show for their last ten Premier League fixtures and if they carry on like this then relegation is a very serious threat.

Hull lost at Stoke on Saturday but they almost hung on for a point which wouldn't have been a bad result to get at the Britannia Stadium.

Sunderland go into the game with the Tigers just three points above the relegation zone, but a win would be a tremendous boost for the club.

Following the game against Hull, Sunderland then face another struggling side in the shape of Aston Villa and by the end of the two games, fans will have a clearer idea as to how the season will pan out.

Speaking to the club's official website, Poyet said: 'Now is the time and the next two games are our time. We cannot keep going without winning games and the next two will be key moments in the season.'
